Welcome to Aspen Ridge Retrievers, and thank you so much for visiting! For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to breeding beautiful, high-quality Golden Retrievers. Our small program focuses on raising well-rounded pups with sound temperaments, ensuring they are ready to bring joy and companionship into your life. Many of our dogs have gone on to do incredible things—serving as therapy dogs in office settings and even as service dogs, making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. We truly believe in the uniquely special power of a dog, and we are so proud to share that with you through our beloved Golden Retrievers.
Hi, I’m Sharon
this is my family! Our journey into breeding began as a hobby, inspired by our deep love for dogs. Over time, I came to truly understand the incredible impact a dog can have on both mental and physical well-being—a fact that’s even backed by science. That realization shaped our program, where we focus on raising pups from two sound parents with excellent temperaments. Our goal is to produce dogs that embody intelligence, a calm and steady nature, while still keeping that playful spark. These traits allow our pups to thrive in any direction, whether it’s hunting, working as a service animal, or simply being an amazing companion for their family.

Training
We have an effective training program to support Therapy Settings, and working Retrievers. Breeding Stock is selected top produce high intelligence and training aptitude.
Certifications
Our Retrievers serve weekly in clinical therapy settings in Idaho every day with Bretton at his Clinic. They work with children and adults who are recovering from accident/injury, have learning disabilities, disabilities, and diseases.
