Aspen Ridge Retrievers will sign AKC litter registration when the owner of the female applies for litter with the sire owned by Aspen Ridge Retrievers.
Aspen Ridge Retrievers will provide a return stud service to the same female listed in this agreement if the matings fail to produce a pregnancy.
In the case where sperm its shipped, any semen transportation fees and semen collection fees will the responsibility of the female owner in the case where stud semen is shipped out and the insemination did not result in a pregnancy.
In the case where the dam fails to become pregnant with either the female being present or semen being shipped, the female owner has 70 days from the date of this contract to notify Aspen Ridge Retrievers and request a return stud service on the next heat cycle of the dam listed in this contract.
The stud fee must be paid in full before an attempt for tie/mating is allowed. If for any reason the stud fails to tie the female and the option to collect and manually insert the sperm is not utilitized , Aspen Ridge Retrievers will give the stud fee monies back immediately and before the dam owner leaves the premises.
The dam owner will not allow the dam to be bred by another male than the one listed in this contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to do so will render this contract void.
The dam owner will not allow any puppies as a result of this mating to be sold to retail puppy stores.
The dam owner releases Aspen Ridge Retrievers and its owners/representatives from any and all liability associated with but not limited to the breeding of the dam. This includes any accident or injury to the dam herself or any persons or animals accompanying the dam for the breeding. Dam owner waives any accident liability to the dam even after leaving the premises where the stud is located.
One live puppy born constitutes a litter and fulfills the burden of a litter as constituted in this contract.
The stud owner (Aspen Ridge Retrievers) may ask for veterinary evidence that the dam did indeed fail to become pregnant on a prior breeding, the burden of cost will lie with the dam owner to pay for vet tests. Burden of delivery of dam to the veterinary clinic will be by the dam owner.
The dam owner/representative signs this contract and agrees to all the terms listed in this agreement. Dam owner/representative understands that no other agreements are meant or implied.
