Pick Contract

Reserving a spot on the list is $500 dollars and non-fundable . The Buyer understands they are purchasing a spot on the list. Under no circumstance is the reservation fee for your spot refundable.

When the Buyer picks a puppy the funds for pick in line, will be applied towards the purchase price of the puppy the Buyer pick's.

If the Buyer fails to pick up your puppy at the arranged time and place, the Buyer forfeit's their spot on the list, and will not be refunded. The Puppy will be made available to the next person on the list.

The balance owing on the puppy is due at time of pick up. If the Buyers puppy is being delivered by a lap nanny, the balance is due before the puppy leaves to be delivered. If final payment is not made by the time the puppy is due to be delivered to the lap nanny or any persons to leave with the puppy to make delivery - the Buyer forfeit's their pick deposit monies.

The pick list is on a first come first serve basis. Puppies will be picked in the order that the Buyer get on the list.

When any puppy reaches the age of 6 weeks old you will be asked to make your selection. If you decide that you do not want any of the puppies from that litter, the next person on the first pick list will be able to pick a puppy from that litter. The Buyer agrees to make selection within a reasonable time frame. The accepted reasonable time frame is 24 hours from notifications of availability via text or email from Aspen Ridge Retrievers.

Puppy will come with Dew Claws Removed and the 1st set of shots done.

This contract covers a reservation on the list, and to be on the pick list only, a separate contract/bill of sale will be required at the time of puppy pick up. Buyer will be provided a copy of the bill of sale at the time this contract is signed.
